We don’t wait to hear how legislation will affect veterans, service members and their families; we help shape it from the beginning. We actively lobby Congress and the administration on current veterans' issues and needs.
VA Claims & Benefits
The VFW provides a nationwide network of VA-accredited Service Officers who help veterans navigate the bureaucracy of the Department of Veterans Affairs Free of Charge. We can also assist with acquiring lost military service records.

VFW Posts host blood drives, food drives, volunteer in the community and partner with other community organizations to give back.
Honor Guard
VFW Post 2925 & American Legion Post 340 have a joint Honor Guard that provides dignified military funeral honors for eligible veterans. Services are performed by dedicated volunteers to honor fellow service members.
