Welcome to the Berlin, WI Veteran Services

Established in 1899, the VFW is the oldest non-profit Veteran Service Organization. It is comprised of U.S. military veterans and active-duty service members who have served in overseas conflicts, wars, or expeditions. The organization focuses on legislative advocacy, community service, and camaraderie.

Established in 1919, the American Legion is the largest non-profit Veteran Service Organization. It is comprised of Honorably Discharged Veterans and Active-Duty Military members. The organization focuses on Veteran Suicide prevention, advocates for veterans and active-duty personnel, mentors' youth, and strengthens communities.

Established in 1932, the DAV is a non-profit Veteran Service Organization dedicated to those that were injured while serving in uniform. The DAV focuses on veterans, and their families to access the benefits available to them; fighting for America’s injured heroes on Capitol Hill; and educating the public about the sacrifices and needs of veterans transitioning back to civilian life. 

Established in 2004, the Berlin Veterans Foundation is a non-profit Veteran Service Organization dedicated to preserving the legacy of local veterans, local military history and supporting veterans in the Berlin, Wisconsin community.
